We are seeking a remote Administrative Data Specialist to join our  dynamic and growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in  supporting our office manager and other team members with a variety of  administrative tasks, data entry, and document management. The ideal  candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work  ethic. This is a remote position, and the candidate must have reliable  access to a computer and internet.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data and maintain databases
  • Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organization
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the office manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and proofread documents and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve administrative processes
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, data entry clerk, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Reliable computer and internet access
